My work sits at the intersection of architecture decisions and delivery. I design the system, lead the team, and still write the code. Over 9 years I've gone from writing PHP for government monitoring systems to leading squads of up to 11 engineers, co-founding a software company, and architecting platforms that connect 30+ webshops across 8 e-commerce platforms.

I've modernized legacy OsCommerce systems into maintainable Symfony codebases, built workflow automation libraries for payment orchestration, designed microservice architectures for a national postal service, and introduced development methodologies where none existed. The thread through all of it: solve the hard problem, earn more responsibility, repeat.

I care about honest engineering: choosing the right tool instead of the trendy one, documenting decisions so the next person understands why, and building systems that survive contact with production.
